- Currently in or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the subjects you want to tutor
- Able to build your own lesson plans and resources
- Submits a session report after every session
- Manages your own scheduling with families, within our 24-hour rescheduling policy that protects both tutors and students from last-minute changes
- Holds the schedule you commit to

From application to first student

Short interview
Within 3 to 5 business days
If you are a strong fit, we invite you to a brief video interview to talk through your experience and how you approach a session.
Vulnerable sector check
A few weeks, set by your local police
You complete a vulnerable sector check through your local police service. You can start this right after your interview while everything else moves forward.
First match
Once your check clears
We send you a student that fits your profile. You review the details, accept, and agree on session times with the family.
